JAVIER LOURENÇO

 Javier Lourenço is an award-winning filmmaker, creative director and entrepreneur with global recognition. As a mixed media director and content creator he focuses on provocative storytelling with outstanding art direction and character development using diverse visual aesthetics and eclectic techniques.
As advertising creative and director, he won over 300 international awards such as Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, and The Webby Awards amongst many others. His provocative cross-genre short film “The Blindness of the Woods” was a Sundance official selection and his work was also exhibited in several cinema festivals.
He directed music videos for legendary record label Mad Decent for Diplo’s Major Lazer, ZZK Records and Nacional Records, among others. He also directed the award-winning Lionel Messi’s biopic “Heart of a Lio”.
